Music by the Dellen Lakes

The first Friday in July marks the inauguration of this festival set among the beautiful blue mountains of Hälsingland reflected in the calm waters of the Dellen lakes. The whole district takes part in the celebrations with exciting concerts and buzzing folk music gatherings in spell-binding countryside. The programme offers a wide variation of musical styles, from folk music and dance, jazz, vocal and classical music. From the intimate settings of mountain chalets, Hälsinge manor houses and small chapels to the magnificent experience of concerts in the evocative surroundings of the old iron industry’s blast furnace, coal house and grandiose ironworks. Welcome to a festival where people and music meet!
